CKC Houston

I am heading out to CKC in Houston for the rest of the week. Hopefully someone will come by The Silly Stamper and check on things for me. No telling what kind of sale the girls will have while I am gone. Any of you who are heading to CKC also, please look for me. I plan to attend the Thursday Night Crop and the Friday Night Crop. Anyone who wants to attend but is low on funds, they are still looking for some help at the show. Two different vendors are offering $10 per hour for workers to help man their booths. Eyelet Outlet and Piggy Tales. Also, KC still needs a couple of volunteers to help out too. If you volunteer you get free entry both days and $30 credit towards a CKC class or crop! National Scrapbook Day 2009

Things are underway for the best NSD ever! We have so much to share with you. Our cabinets in the back room are busting at the seams. We will try to keep you updated daily. We have 4 people signed up so we still have plenty of room. We are offering a couple of specials if you sign up this week.

For each friend you refer, you will earn $5 in crop cash to be used NSD. Make sure your friend tells us that YOU told them to sign up. Also, sign-up to bring a prepared snack or dessert (not just a bag of chips or store bought cookies) and get $5 in crop cash. Please let us know your plans to do this so we can put you on the list.

We have planned some of our contests for NSD. The first one is underway. Design your own name tag. Use any of your scrapbook supplies. This will be fun. Everyone at NSD should wear a name tag. The 'Best Name Tag' will win a great prize. I can't wait to see how creative ya'll can be.
